Welcome to the Home of the Wolf Pack

We welcome you to the Paul Huber Middle School Web site. We hope you'll take some time to browse through our site and learn about what all we offer our students and, in turn, our community.

You'll find helpful information for parents on our Helpful Links page, upcoming events and activities on our school calendar, and basic information about school rules and policies that help us deliver a quality education to each and every student.

The Paul Huber Middle School Philosophy is...

best illustrated through our school motto, which is "Helping You Build Your Future." We believe that students will be successful in school and develop into caring, creative, productive and responsible members of society, if they:

  • see a future for themselves
  • see the value in doing the things we ask them to do
  • relate real-life meaning to learning

A Message from our Principal

Dear Students and Parents of Huber Middle School:

I am excited and honored to be the new principal at Huber Middle School, and to be a part of the continued academic growth of our students. We expect our students to achieve high levels of academic excellence and personal growth, and our teachers and staff are here to assist them every step of the way.

We are proud to be a Performing Plus school! Our 6th, 7th and 8th grade students are a diverse learning community.

This year the staff of Huber is excited to implement the Teacher and Student Advancement Program (T.A.P.) through an ASU grant. Our teachers will have essential time together in cluster groups to focus on teaching and learning in order to provide the highest quality lessons. Our teachers will work together to utilize a variety of student assessment data as we develop our school goals and plan instruction that meets the needs of all our students.

A goal this year is to nurture and grow healthy parent-school-community relationships. We value our family relationships, as we are all committed to the educational, behavioral and social success of our children. I hope you will feel welcome when you enter our school campus. Please take part in your student’s education by asking about his or her time spent at school. Ask him or her about his or her friends and teachers. Get involved as your student completes homework, or finishes school projects. Encourage him or her to read daily. Students who have parents who are interested and involved in their child’s education are more motivated to succeed. The administration and staff of Huber Middle School will certainly continue to work diligently and collaboratively to provide each and every student with the best education possible.

Open communication is very important to us. Please do not hesitate to contact your student’s teacher, our office personnel, or me whenever you have a question or concern. The school’s phone number is 364-2447 Ext. 6301. Let’s work together to make this the best school year ever for our students and our staff!

Thank you for your continued support of our students and our school!
